







Yoga
Yoga is for every body! The primary goal of yoga is to achieve balance and harmony within the body and mind, leading to a state of inner peace and self-awareness. It integrates physical postures, breathing techniques (pranayama), mindfulness practice to promote physical, mental health and overall well-being.
Charmaine enjoys customizing classes according to individual needs, physical state/health and requirements. She specializes in Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Wall Rope yoga, Pre and Post Natal yoga.
